Getting a little better through restrained activity and a little help from a two-year-old

I did almost nothing today. I did not take a walk, I only left the house once to get a cup of coffee. I didn't lift anything at all heavy. I didn't throw anything. I think it helped. I did not aggravate my injury, as I have every other single day a few times since it happened.

My level of pain is notably less than it was last night. It isn't gone, but it feels like it's going. I am leaving the heavy lifting to Lynx. I don't much like it, though. I prefer to move around and do things. Tomorrow, I will try to at least take a short walk.
