At Abby's Home Cooking in Wasilla: a reminder of where I have been and what I have been doing

I am at Abby's Home Cooking and I just ordered breakfast – ham, eggs over easy, hashbrowns and multi-grain toast. For those of you who do not recognize it, the scrimshaw above me that says "Abby's" on it is done on baleen – bowhead baleen.

Glad you made it home safe and sound. Winter is knocking at your door! Hope we get to see some of the pictures you took with the good camera! Bet that breakfast was wonderful!

Yes, MrsGunka, after adapting my mind and body to winter already, I come down here to find it fall again, with winter knocking. I hate to disappoint you, but except for what I did with my iPhone for this blog, I plan to save my Cross Island take for the Uiñiq magazine I hope to make of it. I say "hope" because I do not have the funding yet.
