Short hiatus here, folks

I got lots to figure out before I move on and get fully back into life. So I am taking a short hiatus... yesterday, today, tomorrow... who knows, maybe all the way through the weekend, but then Margie and I plan to go to the fair tomorrow, so maybe I should post at least an image or two from that.

Of course, everybody in this area is posting stuff from the fair on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and such, so perhaps it doesn't matter if I post nothing.

Maybe the blog will look different when I come back. I can't say for sure, but I gotta move out of this down-and-out convalescent mode I have been in, right back into the thick of life, so maybe it wouldn't hurt to experiment a little bit.

I sure am sleepy, though. Maybe I will just go take a two-month nap instead.

Hiatus is good, don't know that you'll be able to resist though! Just want you to know I love reading all these stories about your family and loved ones and am wishing you speedy recovery from Texas!
All my best, M

I love the look of your blog. It transports me. But there is nothing wrong with change.

Milli - it is great to know you have been following along. I like how the connections our little group made during our one week in New York continue to live on.

Annette - I appreciate that thought. I will try to keep the basic look the same, just push the edges out a bit - if I can figure out how.
